Cornhole Boards

I hand craft cornhole boards for strength and durability so I use 2x4’s for the frame and 3/4” birch plywood for the top. They have no problem supporting the weight of a full grown man. Each board receives three coats of paint and at least seven coats of polyurethane. I also stain and seal the underside of the boards. I apply the poly after I install the logo stickers to help protect the logo and keep the sticker from peeling off. Most importantly is the customization. I can build it how you want it using your choice of design, colors, stains and finishes. I currently buy logo stickers from third parties but I have also hand painted logos. A set of boards start at $250 which include bags. Storage boxes, drink holders, lights, engravings, more extravagant paint jobs, and hand painted logos cost more. Washer boards

Washer boards can come in all shapes and sizes with just as many types of surfaces from turf to wood. However you like them, I can build them exactly how you want them.

A simple carriage bolt with a wingnut to store your washers while not in use.

Patio Cooler

Custom fit for what ever style and type of cooler you would like. The one pictured is constructed out of cedar with galvanized nails, outdoor rated coated screws and stainless steel hardware. Let’s face it, our Gulf Coast climate can be especially brutal to anything kept outdoors. I build these coolers with this in mind so that all the material will provide the longest life possible in such harsh conditions. I can build this cooler using any type of cooler you can find at the store. A brass drain spigot was added for easy draining/cleaning.

Wine Cork Displays

A friend of mine asked me if I could build him a display in the shape of Texas to display the wine corks he had collected over the years. I was able to turn his idea into a fantastic display for his house that he has named “The Texas Wine Country.” If you would like to show off the corks from your favorite wines I can build a custom display that is sure to be a great conversation piece. These types of displays would also be great using bottle caps and other collectibles. These boards start at $150 depending on size, complexity of the shape, and if you are supplying your own corks.

Bench

You pick the size to what fits your needs. The bench shown is an entryway bench but would be great for a patio or playroom. We can make it to fit your area or for who will be using it. Customize it to how you want it.

American Flag

The flags pictured are 37” x 19.5”. I have used a torch to bring out the grain of the wood for a more rustic look. I also have techniques to bring out a more distressed look if that is what you prefer. The stars are hand carved.
